There are a number of recipes about but I find this combination tasty & very quick & simple to do in my Actifry
Actify Tikka Drumsticks
Servings 8
Ingredients
- 8 Drumsticks Chicken Drumsticks Skin removed
- 1 Tbsp Tikka Spice paste I use Pataks
- 200 ml Fat Free plain yoghurt
Instructions
- Gather together all the ingredients
- Mix approx 200ml of the yoghurt with a tablespoon of the tikka paste
- Strip all the skin and any fat from the drumsticks then make a couple of slashes with a knife in the thick parts of the meat
- Combine the marinade with the drumsticks and leave in the fridge for as long as you have between 10 minutes and a couple of hours
- Place in the Actifry along with any residual marinade
- Cook for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through
- ...and they're done. Nice either hot or cold.
