Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Stock Pot
  • 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tsp English mustard
  • 0.5 tsp Onion Granules or powder
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Fromage Frais

Instructions

  • Add the stock pot, both mustards and onion granules to a small saucepan with about 100ml of cold water, heat and whisk until simmering and the stock pot has dissolved
  • Mix the cornflour with a little cold water and stir until liquid and then bit by bit, add to the simmering sauce whilst whisking. This will thicken the sauce nicely.
  • Stop adding the cornflour when the sauce is the consistency you want or add a little more water if it becomes too thick. Serve immediately as it can get lumpy if allowed to cool and re-heated
