Black Forest Trifle
6 Syns per large serving so a nice, occasional treat

Ingredients
- 2 Chocolate Fairy Cakes I used Tesco (13g each)
- 0.25 Jar Black Cherries with Kirsch
- 4 tbsp Fat free fromage frais Heaped
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
- 1 tsp Grated Dark Chocolate
- 4 tbsp Low Fat ready to serve Custard
Instructions
- Crumble half of one chocolate fairy cake into the botom of a glass and then spoon in 3 or 4 cherries plus some of the juice.
- Add a tbsp of Custard on top of the sponge then mix the fromage frais, vanilla and sweetener together and then spoon half of the mixture between the serving bowls, reserving the remainder for the top layer. Add the remaining fairy cake, some more cherries and juice then another layer each of custard and then fromage frais. Finish with a little grated dark chocolate, chill until serving
