400gStrawberriesHulled
1level tbspGranulated Sweetener
Half11.5gSugar free strawberry jelly crystals
2tspVanilla Extract
1115g potsMuller Light Strawberry Greek Yoghurt

Instructions
Get all your ingredients and equipment together first.
Blitz half od the hulled strawberries and the sweetener in a food processor then sieve into a small saucepan. Sprinkle over the jelly crystals and stir and heat until all dissolved.
Whisk the egg whites to a stiff peak in a clean bowl. Add 1 tablespoon to the strawberry mixture to loosen it and then carefully fold in the remaining egg whites. Be careful not to lose all the whipped-in air from the eggs.Then, carefully por the mixture into 4 glasses or ramekins and cool in the fridge for 4 hours or more

Finally, once set, add the remaining strawberries (chopped) to the top of the mousse as decoration
